Grieves signs with Rhymesayers! 88 Keys and Counting Reissue

Our good friend Budo stated on his twitter last night that he had big news to announce on Feb 1st and did not disappoint. Rapper Grieves has signed with Rhymesayers Entertainment and are set reissue their album "88 Keys and Counting" with some bonus tracks. In addition to the reissue Grieves is set to release a new album in the fall of 2010. Budo also released more information in his latest newsletter which can be found below:

After many months of waiting, biting our nails, and doing cartwheels in the backyard to burn off some of that nervous energy, it is with great excitement that I'm able to share the following with you all. Grieves has signed to Rhymesayers Records!! This new partnership is exciting for a vast number of reasons, and we can't wait for the opportunity to bring our music to even more folks across the world. Our 2008 release, 88 Keys and Counting, will be re-issued by the fine folks at RSE, with a March 6th international release date! Be sure to check here for more info as it becomes available!

In other news, we just wrapped up a successful East Coast run with People Under the Stairs and Kenan Bell and are currently making some cool stuff in the studio here in Ft. Collins, CO as we get ready to start the Every Never is Now Tour with P.O.S. and Dessa! Oh, and we're heading to Europe in March, followed by a week down in Austin for SXSW!

My project with Evan Roman is oh-so-close to completion, and the A.R.M. EP, 2 Africans and a Jew, is 98.5% finished, with a tentative early-March release date scheduled!

As always, I'd like to thank all of you for paying attention to my little corner of the world. Please share any/all of this with anyone you think might be interested. I would appreciate it so very, very much!!
