Atmosphere Announce New Album, 'The Family Sign'

Midwest Hip Hop duo Atmosphere have announced their follow up album to 2008's When Life Gives You Lemons, You Paint That Shit Gold titled The Family Sign, which is due April 12th Rhymesayers Entertainment. According to the label's press release, The Family Sign takes this philosophy to new realms of solidarity with Slug metaphorically touching on themes of fatherhood, loss, love, disappointment and jubilation and tailoring them to the instrumental frame work provided by Ant as well as keyboardist Erick Anderson and guitarist Nate Collis.

Sounds bittersweet, but it's gonna be dope. Atmosphere start their upcoming "Welcome To Minnesota Tour" later this month and have drop a new track titled "Minnesota Nice" along side fellow tour members Prof (Stophouse), Mr. Gene Poole & Felipe Cuauhtli (Los Nativos). Check out the track and tour dates here.
