[News] Blur Announce Olympic Closing Ceremony Gig

With the London 2012 Olympics creeping ever closer some good news this way comes for music fans in the London area, or, the UK as a whole if you can brave the public transport system during what will be the busiest time ever in London! Blur have announced they will perform at an Olympic Closing Ceremony Celebration Concert at London’s Hyde Park on the 12th of August. Tonight Blur will perform for the first time as a full band in public for quite some time as the Brit awards take place in London. They're said to be playing the longest set ever for a band performing the Awards Ceremony.

Now, here's the good part for fans, the tickets are free for the London Hyde Park gig but  however, registration is required so it really is a lucky dip if you get a ticket. If you missed it yesterday, stream a brand new track from Blur below titled "Under The West Way".
