[Listen] The Kills - "Satellite"

Here we go! What a way to start a Monday. Check out a brand new track from Alison Mosshart and Jamie Hince or as they're better know The Kills. As they've delivered us with this nice little gift titled "Satellite" in follow up to the announcement of their Spring Tour. You can stream it in all its glory down at the bottom courtesy of the good folks at Domino Records. The track is taken from The Kills forthcoming album "Blood Pressures" which is due out on April 4th in UK and April 5th in US. Is it me or is that a long time to wait for this stuff?! Not as fast paced as some of their older stuff but there's a definate feel of some Dead Weather in their which is surely a good thing! Domino says about the bands that:

"For fans of the street hassle swagger and sass that has come to be associated with The Kills, it’s all still alive and well in their new material, but with an added depth and thoughtfulness which is undoubtedly reflected in the, at times, frankly heartbreaking lyrics. The Kills haven’t disposed of their edgy rock identity, they’ve merely built upon it and created something even more special."

Decide for yourself and enjoy it below and let's all hope we get more previews prior to the release of the album. Hat tip to A Heart is a Spade for the heads up on this.

Here today though we have the new video for her B.o.B featuring track, "Price Tag". B.o.B. cameos in the price conscious video. In relation to the video Director Emil Nava said of the video it "Just basically sort of came up with the idea thinking about showing things that are larger than life, but don't really matter...It's sort of like this hyper-real, sort of toy world with Jessie bringing a fashion edge to it." Check out the appearance of a giant teddy bear and some puppets. B.o.B. has also had a little to say about young Jessie stating: "I see Jessie becoming a powerhouse, definitely, because it's impossible to have that much creativity in one person and for them not to do amazing thing."

[Listen] Check Out 3 New Solo Tracks From KoRn Frontman Jonathan Davis

Itching for more music from KoRn since their last release? Well, unfortunately you'll have to wait. But! Thanks to our good buddy Sami at the Rock It Out! Blog you can hear 3 new solo tracks from KoRn frontman Jonathan Davis. Jon has posted 3 new tunes on his Soundcloud account titled "Final Days," "Happiness" and “Medicate." And while i'm always happy to see new music from member's of KoRn, I really don't know what to think exactly when it comes to these 3 new tracks from Jon Davis. IMO, the songs "Final Days" and "Medicate" sound like outtakes from the Queen of the Damned soundtrack sessions. While "Happiness" is the only true rock sounding track and its an okay sounding tune. But enough of my opinion, i'll let you guys check out the songs for yourself and voice your own opinons on what you think of the new songs.
