[Album Stream] Listen to AlunaGeorge's Debut Album, 'Body Music'

AlunaGeorge's hotly anticipated debut album Body Music is out next Tuesday (July 29th) and they've graciously given everyone the chance to stream it in full beforehand. Check out all thirteen tracks from the record, as well as six bonus songs, including a cover of Montell Jordan's "This Is How We Do It." Stream it below.

More on the London duo, Aluna Francis and George Reid stopped by Rinse FM's studio to perform a live version of "You Know You Like It." The rendition is stripped down, relying on Francis' crisp vocals and Reid's echoing piano chords for effect. The result is pretty damn fantastic.

[Listen] AlunaGeorge Remixes Dirty Projectors' "The Socialites"

Dirty Projectors' Swing Lo Magellan highlight "The Socialites" gets the remix treatment. Today, the band released a 12" single featuring three remixes, including Hot Chip's Joe Goddard, FaltyDL and AlunaGeorge. You can now stream AlunaGeorge's sensual interpretation of the song.

The British duo take the original and give it significant tonal shift. The remix begins with soft sexuality, as echoing synths and sweeping chimes draw you into a night of romance. Things amp up quite quickly as AlunaGeorge twist the pitch of Amber Coffman's vocals and drop some bombastic distorted bass before bringing it back to a relaxed atmosphere. The remix has great breadth, but keeps it tight and enticing. Solid work. Stream it below along with the original.

[Listen] AlunaGeorge Cover "I Wanna Be Like You" from The Jungle Book

AlunaGeorge dig deeper into the Disney vault after modernizing fairy tales earlier this week, this time focusing on The Jungle Book. For those who remember the 1967 film, it featured a ton of memorable songs that, for me at least, have stuck around well past childhood. AluneGeorge decided to cover Louis Prima's "I Wanna Be Like You" during a BBC Radio 1 live set, and their take on the classic is pretty fantastic. Stream it below.

Body Works, AlunaGeorge's debut album, is out on July 1st.

[Watch] AlunaGeorge - "Attracting Flies" (Official Video)

AlunaGeorge's hot new single "Attracting Flies" features the line "Little grey fairytales/little white lies", and they interpret that literally in the accompanying visuals. Directed by Emil Nava, the video takes influence from Little Red Riding Hood, The Sword in the Stone, The Princess and The Pea, and other fairy tales, bringing these familiar characters into a darker modern context. Check out the gritty fantastical clip above.

The duo are currently working on their debut album titled Body Music, which is set to drop on July 1st.

Since the release of "Your Drums, Your Love" and more recently featuring on the huge Disclosure track "White Noise" AlunaGeorge have been getting all sorts of attention, and rightly so. Today comes a brand new single titled "Attracting Flies" set for release on the 10th of March via Island Records. As well as that *drum roll* they've announced their debut album titled Body Music and it's set for release on July 1st. Hot dang I'm excited to hear that. For now though, the new track can be streamed below again and again and it should keep your senses all tingly long enough until we get some more previews of the full length release.

[Watch] Disclosure - "White Noise" Feat. AlunaGeorge (Official Video)

Disclosure's AlunaGeorge featuring track "White Noise" is an absolute banger that you cannot help but sing along to and have a little boogie to. It caused my Twitter feed to explode when it first dropped about a month ago. The single is set for release on March 24th via PMR Records and today they've let loose a video that's just as good as the track. It features a security guard going about his daily business whilst getting his rather impressive dance on in numerous locations. We've all no doubt been this guy at one point or another, we're alone, we're listening to a track that makes us lose ourselves a little bit in the music and then BAM, we're throwing shapes better than Mick Jagger left right and centre. Check it out at the top.
