[Listen] Major Lazer and Ezra Koenig of Vampire Weekend Team Up for "Jessica"

It was reported last year that Vampire Weekend's Ezra Koenig was going to feature on Major Lazer's Free the Universe, and now you can hear the results of that collaboration. Koenig was quick to post a radio rip of the new track, titled "Jessica", after it debuted on Annie Mac's BBC Radio show this weekend. The cut features some sultry vocals from the VW frontman, and mellow, tropical jams to match his longing croons. Stream the track below.

Free the Universe is (hopefully) out on April 19th, while Vampire Weekend's third album Modern Vampires of the City is set to drop on May 7th.

[Watch] The Black Keys & Ezra Koenig Battle For Best Alternative Rock Album At The Colbert Report

Stephen Colbert got SKoA favourites The Black Keys along with Ezra Koenig from Vampire Weekend to visit The Colbert Report in order to have debate over the Best Alternative Rock Album Grammy nominations, as they're both up for the award.

They argue over who got their songs in the most commercials due to the rapid decline in song and album sales doe to illegal downloads. As you can imagine the result is pretty darn funny. Check out the video up top and have a laugh while you're at it via Pitchfork.

As we mentioned earlier The Grammy's are set to air on February 13th at 8pm Eastern with performances from Arcade Fire and world premieres from Lady Gaga, so mark your diaries to see who actually truly wins this battle of Best Alternative Rock Album.
