South by Southwest 2013 amps things up with the announcement of first round of artists set to perform during the music portion of the Austin festival, which takes place from March 12th-17th. Included in the first round are Alt-J, Haim, Said The Whale, Thurston Moore, Toddla T, Why?, The Trews, Klaxons, White Lung, Of Mice and Men, and many more. As you're all probably aware, the next week is a musical extravaganza in Austin, TX as thousands of music revellers and bands take to the streets for the worlds biggest music festival. To get things kicked off in style, Jay-Z performed a show in partnership with American Express and the entire show in turn was streamed online. Now Mr. Worldpremire.net has uploaded the entire show for us all to enjoy again and again. He blasts through a greatest hits set including "99 Problems", "Hard Knock Life" and "I'm a Hustler Baby". Part one is at the top with the remainder of the show being up for viewing after the jump.
From March 13-18, Austin will play host to hundreds upon hundreds of bands for the South by Southwest 2012 music portion. It may seem like a ways away, but time flies, and today the festival's initial lineup was announced. You may want to start thinking about booking a hotel.
Some noteworthy appearances on the announced list include VHS or Beta, Yukon Blonde, Shout Out Out Out Out, Com Truise, Library Voices, Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, ANR, Yuksek, Chelsea Wolfe, Against Me! and SPEAK. You can check out the entire lineup at the official SXSW website.
Scenes From The Suburbs, Spike Jonze's companion short film to his music video for Arcade Fire's "The Suburbs," now has an official trailer. The film is set to premiere this week at South by Southwest's film festival, so watch the trailer after the jump, sit back, and enjoy! And remember, licking a car window may not be the most sanitary thing to do.

A nice rising start into the mellow first verse and it's all good from there in. Ghostly International will be releasing the third single on March 9, 2010 from Denmark's Choir Of Young Believers, entitled "Claustrophobia", from their release This Is for the White in Your Eyes released last August.
Last year, Denmark's Choir of Young Believers toured overseas with Mew and headlined their own US tour. In January, they headlined across the UK and continental Europe. This March, the choir arrive in America for a brief string of dates (including appearances at SXSW) in a four-piece lineup.
