In addition to unveiling the video for their single, "Empy Promises", Napoleon In Rags is also giving away the song, free of charge, before it's officially released on May 16th, courtesy of NIR Records.
I'm fascinated by how quickly the momentum has picked up for this band as they only formed back in 2010. They've already managed to squeeze in a set on the BBC Introducing Stage at Glastonbury last year. I guess things are different across the pond?
