[Listen] Gruff Rhys - "Pengwyn Pengwyn" (From The Separado! Soundtrack)
Super Furry Animals frontman Gruff Rhys has spent the past five years alongside director Dylan Goch working on his first feature documentary, Separado! The film takes us on a pan continental road trip in search of Rhys’ long lost Patagonian uncle, the poncho wearing guitarist Rene Griffiths. The documentary will have its New York premiere during the BAMcinemaFest on June 18th at 9:30pm and prior to the screening, Gruff Rhys will be playing two live shows in NYC as well as couple more US shows as part of his nationwide tour in support of his forthcoming third solo album Hotel Shampoo which releases next Tuesday in the US.
