[Listen] The Vaccines - "Last Friday Night" (Katy Perry Cover) (BBC Radio One Live Lounge)

The Vaccines have been relentlessly plugging their debut in the past month. We've even seen the London boys perform on US Television watched by millions. Last week we even saw the guys pair up with Noah and the Whale to cover the legendary Pixies track, "Where Is My Mind". Today, it was a cover in the BBC Radio One's Live Lounge that we were graced with. The cover itself was not so obvious though as they covered Katy Perry's "Last Friday Night"! Adding some echoes and heavier drums to the track the results are interesting. It worked pretty well and it was definitely unexpected when the opening riff started playing.
