Leave it to Grimes to deliver one of the strangest videos of the year, offering up what can only be described as a blend of Mad Max and the love of obscene weaponry and ridiculous costumes found in Final Fantasy games. The video for "Genesis" poses one important question: if you're going to get your ass kicked, why not get it kicked by a chick with disco ball armor and pink dreadlocks? Unsurprisingly, Claire Boucher herself directed the video. Check it out above.
