Ever wondered what Foals would sound like if you stuffed them full of glitter and sexy synthy beats? Well, it looks like you don't have to wonder for much longer. Straight from her upcoming EP The Arrival (which drops October 3rd) comes a sultry little synth version of "Spanish Sahara" by Queen of Hearts. I'm not super huge into Foals so this doesn't move me quite as much as previous covers I've posted in the past, but it's quite an interesting take on the song. The track was produced by Dreamtrak and is packed with sugary pop vocals just like that Monarchy produced track "Perfect Mistake" was that we posted awhile back.

[Listen] Hear The Rapture New Record 'In The Grace of Your Love' On DFA's White Out Sessions

Last night, New York dance punk band The Rapture debuted the entirety of their upcoming album In The Grace of Your Love with a live stream via DFA's White Out Sessions. Courtesy of UStream, you can watch the entire 53-minute stream of the band's highly anticipated album in the player above.

[Listen] Prof - 'King Gampo' (Full Album Stream)

Wuddup Gampos!? Take a listen to Prof's latest release King Gampo, which features production from Ant (of Atmosphere) on the track "Whiskey" and a guest spot from Brother Ali on the track "Daughter", in its entirity in the player below. And as today is the day of release for King Gampo, Prof is offering a free download of the new album for 24 hours. [Watch] Cassettes Won't Listen - "Echoes" (Video)

Following up his first single, "Perfect Day", EVINSPACEY artist Cassettes Won't Listen has unveiled the video for his next single, "Echoes". The video was directed by Vidoli of Black Wolf Creative and features CWL trying to escape a masked figure in the streets of New York.

If you happen to live in the Los Angeles area, CWL will be performing tonight for $FREE.99 at The Echo alongside  Active Child, Therapies Son, and Letting Up Despite Great Faults. Show is at 8:30pm and is 21+ for entry.

[$FREE.99] Generationals - Medium Rarities EP (Full Album Download)

Generationals have just launced a remix competition for their two hottest tracks off their sophomore release Actor-Caster. The rules are fairly simple: download the stems of either "Greenleaf" or "Ten-Twenty-Ten" (or both, if you're feel extra ambitious) and create a remix using the software of your choice.  Submit your remix via their SoundCloud DropBox. Two winners will be chosen to receive a free 3-month trial membership to music streaming service Rdio.  Winners will also receive an Rdio tote bag and a prize pack of Park The Van goodies, including CDs, vinyl and digital downloads.  

In celebration of the remix competition, the band is giving away their Medium Rarities EP, which features one brand new track, one alternate version of an older track, and two remixes, for the actual retail price of $FREE.99 courtesy of the widget below.

[News] The Morning Benders, Austra, Peter Bjorn & John Contribute to Stereogum's Strokes Tribute Album

To celebrate the July 30th ten year anniversary of The Strokes' debut album Is This It, Stereogum has gathered their favorite indie artists together to make a tribute album called Stroked: A Tribute to Is This It. The offering, which Stereogum is giving away for free, includes covers by artists such as The Morning Benders, Peter Bjorn & John, Austra, Wise Blood, Real Estate, Das Racist's Heems, Owen Pallett, Frankie Rose, Chelsea Wolfe, Deradoorian, and Computer Magic.

[$FREE.99] Wiley - 'Chill Out Zone' EP

UK-based rapper Wiley has been hard at work establishing a new genre that he calls "Rhythm n Grime," a cross between RnB, Hip Hop, and Grime. His EP the Chill Out Zone is the first time he has been able to display this new genre, and luckily for all you fans, Wiley decided to release it for free via his Twitter account! This comes surprisingly quickly after he dropped the DJ Whoo Kid Creating A Buzz Vol. 1 mixtape just last week.
