[Watch] DIIV - "How Long Have You Known?" (Official Video)
It is the weekend. Finally. Why not get in the party spirit with DIIV's new visual for "How Long Have You Known?". When I say get in the party spirit I'm not talking literally because from the concoction of ingredients frontman Zachary Cole Smith is not something you want to be running through your system come 5pm this afternoon. Or maybe it is? But no, seriously kids, don't try this at home. (Via Pitchfork)
Oshin, their debut album is set to drop on the 26th of June via Captured Tracks.
[Listen] The National - "The Rains of Castamere"
It's been a little quiet on the scene regarding The National in recent months. On the other hand it's been rather noisy on HBO's hit show Game of Thrones, I won't spoil anything for anyone but I bloody hate Joffrey! Tyrion on the other hand, genius. The band must be pretty fond of the show too as they've contributed a song the Game of Thrones’ season two soundtrack. Apparently the track was penned by the main man himself and the creator of GoT, George R.R. Martin himself! The lyrics do contain some spoilers though for the series so hit play at your own discretion. Is it Sunday yet? I need a new episode of this show!
