[Watch] Ben Howard - "Only Love" Live on Kimmel
It's nice to see a UK artist going from strength to strength Stateside and last night Ben Howard had a good ol' workout with another visit to the late night TV circuit. We've already seen him perform on David Letterman and that was then followed by a nod from the UK media when he was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize. He was on Kimmel last night and laid down a great rendition of "Only Love" which features on his album Every Kingdom. Check out the performance courtesy of The Audio Perv.
[Watch] The Hives - "Take Back The Toys" Live on Leno
Looks like this slipped through the net late last week but hey you know how the saying goes, better late than never. One of the most entertaining live bands on the circuit at the minute, The Hives, took to the stage on Leno to perform their track "Take Back The Toys". Suits, top hats and an all round top performance to boot. Check it out at the top courtesy of The Audio Perv.
Lex Hives is out now.
[Listen] Teen Daze - "Divided Loyalties"
Teen Daze has dropped yet another cut off his forthcoming long play The Inner Mansions, his second of the year following May's All Of Us, Together. We've already heard "Spirit", "Garden 2", "Union", and "New Life", and now the Vancouver producer gives us the echoing, ambient "Divided Loyalties". The song is bright and spirited with its glittering synthesizers and steady rhythm, yet throughout there is a melancholic tone that seeps through the heavly reverbed vocals and subtle sounds. Stream it below.
The Inner Mansions is out on November 6th via Lefse Records.
[Watch] Sigur Rós – "Dauðalogn" (NSFW)
The penultimate entry in Sigur Rós' "Valtari Mystery Film Experiment" sees director Ruslan Fedotow musing on the relations between human beings and, more specifically, gender boundaries. In what was named the winner of the People's Choice award, the video uses powerful atmospheric imagery to evoke thoughts of gender, sexuality, and the various connections linking human beings to one another. The result is a striking and effective visual collage. Watch it above.
On October 12th, Sigur Rós will announce the winner of the Band's Choice award—as well as the final video in the "Valtari Mystery Film Experiment"—at the London Film Festival.
[Listen] Flying Lotus - "Flotus"
This past weekend Flying Lotus dropped a few gems in his mix for Diplo's BBC Radio 1 show Diplo & Friends, including unreleased tracks, his remix of Frank Ocean's "Binge Eating Without You", and a remix of Kanye and Jay-Z's "Niggas in Paris". One of those unreleased tracks is a mellow instrumental titled "Flotus", a dreamy hip-hop cloud where all your thoughts and worries float away with the beat. This is the kind of song where you press play and you become lost in the music. Stream it below, and head here to listen to the entirety of FlyLo's BBC mix.

[Watch] Muse Visit Saturday Night Live
Muse continued their onslaught of the media with a visit to Saturday Night Live this weekend and performed their recent single Muse and that funk filled number known as "Panic Station". Both tracks are taken from their recently released album The 2nd Law and they receive a bit of help from a small brass section for the second performance which was a nice added touch. Two on point performances from a band that are going to be pretty much everywhere for the next 12 months or so.
UPDATE: After the jump, you can check out the dates for the band's just-announced North American tour.

Today, though, we see the DFA cofounder back in the studio with none other than Nick Zinner of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. In a London loft-turn-studio, the pair tinker with various instruments and audio machinery. The footage makes sense, given Murphy previously stating he was planning to record with the band. Check it out below to see Murphy and Zinner as excited as a couple of kids on Christmas morning.
