[News] Spank Rock Announces Summer Tour Dates

As Baltimore-born rapper Spank Rock preps for his upcoming album, Everything Is Boring and Everyone Is a Fucking Liar, which is slated for release on September 27th on his own label Bad Blood Records, the promo machine is ramping up which means the emcee will be hitting the road this summer opening for LMFAO and Ke$ha.
Yeah. I'm just as confused as you are about that pairing. Or maybe I'm wrong and it's a match made in heaven? What say you? Either way, here's hoping that plays out well for him.
Since there's a little bit of time before the tour kicks off in late July, you can download the Boys Noize produced first single, "Energy", via the widget below:

[Watch] Junip - "Far Away" Live for Wilcox Session
Check out Junip laying down a full band version of their track "Far Away" recently for The Wilcox Sessions. You can check out the performance at the top courtesy of our friends over at TwentyFourBit. José and co are currently on an extensive US and Euro our following their delightful 2010 album, Fields. As well as these dates they'll be having a large show in NYC this Friday and it'll be their last of 2011! It takes place outside the great bandshell in Prospect Park. Junip will be performing at 8.10pm followed by The Books, so if you're in the area head on down!!
As well as this if you're a big fan of the band you may want to know about a competition Junip are holding. They're asking fans to create their own video interpretation of their track "Without You" and the winner will be selected by the band themselves and used as their official clip to be premiered on Mashable to boot and you win a dope ass Moogerfooger which makes me want to win this contest SO BADLY!
[Watch] Does It Offend You, Yeah? - "Pull Out My Insides" (Video)
Bullies! For the last time: be careful who you mess with. You never know when they're going to run deeper into the woods, mud themselves up and then run back to beat the crap out of you. That's what I learned from the new video for "Pull Out My Insides" from Does It Offend You, Yeah? anyways.
On a serious note, this video is very special to the band, specifically to frontman James Rushent. He posted the following note this morning on their Facebook page along with the video:
This video is dedicated to the late Martin Rushent, who was invaluable in the making of this video. He helped find the actors and helped sort the location. He was also on set to help entertain the parents with jokes and stories. Thank you Dad. Jxx
[Watch] Cerebral Ballzy - "Drug Myself Dumb" (Video)
Not too long ago we offered up a free download from the New York band Cerebral Ballzy to celebrate the release of their upcoming self-titled album. Today to celebrate further the band have offered up some visuals foryour pleasure. The video sees the guys wreak havoc in Las Vegas who surely wouldn't have seen it coming, but then again, it is the city of sin, I'm sure this stuff goes down daily. The video was directed by Mason and filmed by Mason too along with Julian Gilbert and you can enjoy it up at the top.
"Drug Myself Clean" will feature on their self titled release which is set for shelves on July 26th via Adult Swim’s Williams Street Records. You can check them out on the road with Black Lips too if you're in the mood for some chaos. The dates are after the jump.
