[SKOA Exclusive] Sleeper Agent - "Love Blood" (Live At Tidball’s, The End, and The Manor)
Bowling Green's finest (and recent SKOA favorites) Sleeper Agent have put together this fun collection of live videos with the help of Yellowberri Creative Studios for their surefire toe-tapping number "Love Blood" from their debut album Celebrasion which you can grab over on Insound. The video was shot over the course of a few shows at The End (Nashville, TN), Tidball's (Bowling Green, KY), and The Manor (Bowling Green, KY). It's hard to say that the video perfectly displays their playful yet energy packed shows, but that's because we have been fortunate enough to witness them perform on multiple occasions, including our CMJ party a few months back at The Delancey.
Speaking of our CMJ party, The Audio Perv managed to get his hands on footage of the band performing "Get Burned" from that very show. Head on over to TAP to have a look for yourself.

Adele has had one hell of a year. We've mentioned it before but her album 21 has now sold over 12 millions copies since it was released earlier in the year. It may have cost her the voice that made her so popular for a while but after a successful surgery she's on the mend and fans will be delighted at her new release Live at The Royal Albert Hall is now being streamed in full to coincide with the release today! Give it a play below via The Guardian.
[Watch] Austra's Unplugged Paper Bag Session

As part of the Paper Bag Sessions series of videos, Austra's leading lady Katie Stelmanis takes the ethereal electro pop sound that the band is known for and applies it to an acoustic performance. Through the sole use of a grand piano, Stelmanis recreates the beauty of "Lose It" and "The Choke," two highlights from Austra's debut album Feel It Break.
You can watch both acoustic performances of "Lose It" and "The Choke" after the jump. Thanks to Stereogum for the heads up.

[News] Red Hot Chili Peppers Offer Live Show Downloads
Red Hot Chili Peppers are going to be promoting their new release I'm With You for the foreseeable future, which makes sense, it's what many huge acts as themselves do these days. Release an album tour for at least a year, rinse and repeat. However, they're also offering fans that may go to shows, or miss out a chance to pick up a piece of memorabilia in the shape of a live recording. CraveOnline points out that the band are following in the footsteps of the Pixies and offering bootlegs of their new shows for download.
They come at a small price though. Over on LiveChiliPeppers.com you can purchase bootlegs of the last eight shows from the Chili Peppers’ current European tour with more to follow. You can grab MP3 downloads for a s little as $9.95 and FLAC/Apple Lossless for just $12.95. They do point out that their may be a little price hike for variations and longer shows with prices increasing by $2 or $3 for the former and latter qualities. Still, top quality live recordings of one of the worlds biggest bands.
[News] The Chieftains collaborate with Bon Iver, The Decemberists, and more

The Chieftains are to celebrate their 50th year in 2012 with a new studio album featuring collaborations with a host of, as they put it, "like-minded musical visionaries and kindred spirits." to answer your obvious question of "who are these kindred spirits?!", here you go: Titled Voice of Ages, it's set to feature the collaborative efforts of Justin Vernon and Bon Iver, The Decemberists, Carolina Chocolate Drops, The Civil Wars, Paolo Nutini, The Low Anthem, The Secret Sisters, and Lisa Hannigan and many more. To me, it sounds like a musical cauldron of promiscuity that will result in musical babies of joy, but that's just me.
Along with that the band have announced a rather large tour of the U.S. for early next year rolling into the UK later in 2012 for more dates. Check them out after the jump.
Voice of Ages is set for release on the 21st of February through Hear/Concorde.
