[Watch] Sigur Rós - "Kveikur"

Sigur Rós have already given us a few tasters of what to expect on their upcoming album Kveikur, which apparently sees them taking a "more aggressive" direction. We've enjoyed "Brennisteinn" and "Ísjaki" tremendously in the months since March but today they give us the album's title number accompanied by the live visuals the band will use on tour.  Director Sarah Hopper chops together footage from the British Film Institute Archive at a rapid pace creating a mind melting visual which is sure to be a delight to see in a live setting. The track is just as aggressive as promised.

Kveikur is set for release on the 18th of June.

[Watch] Disclosure - "When A Fire Starts To Burn" (Official Video)

Disclosure have been creating all kinds of hype over the past few months. They've released banger after banger and today they add a new video to their catalogue with an intriguing clip for "When A Fire Starts To Burn". Things featured in the video have always freaked me out ever since I was kid. You know, the whole shaking and exorcism thing. *shudders*. Watch it above.

Their highly anticipated album is an absolute gem of a record. Look out for the Jamie Woon featuring number, "January". Definite soundtrack to a summer right there. Settle drops on Junde 3rd.

[Album Stream] Queens of the Stone Age - '...Like Clockwork'

After months of excitement and weeks worth of teasing us with incredible animated videos, Queens of the Stone Age have finally offered up their incredible new album, ...Like Clockwork. It features guest spots from the likes of Alex Turner, Trent Reznor, Sir Elton John, Joey Castillo, Nick Oliveri, Mark Lanegan, Scissor Sisters’ Jake Shears, and James Lavelle of UNKLE. All these guest spots are subtly done. None are obvious, but all of the serve their purpose and the record is up there with one of the best the band have released in my opinion.

You guys can make you own minds up about that though by heading over to iTunes to stream it in full. The album is officially released next week (June 3rd) via Matador Records.
