[Album Stream] The 1975's Self-Titled Debut Album
We've had more than our fair share of previews from The 1975's self-titled debut album in recent months. For a band that only really came to the attention of a few less than 12 months they've had a meteoric rise through the ranks and this album is shows just how they've done it. It contains a variety of influences and styles ranging from ballads to disco. It's set for release next week on September the 2nd via Dirty Hit, so let's not beat around the bush here. Stream the album in full below via The Fader and be sure to pick a copy next week. You can pre-order a copy here.
[Listen] Arctic Monkeys - "Stop the World I Wanna Get Off with You"
With Arctic Monkeys set to release AM in just over a weeks time, many people are extremely excited to wrap their ears around what's promising to be one of the most interesting albums of the year. We've already heard "R U Mine?" last year, along with "Do I Wanna Know?" and "Why'd You Only Call Me When You're High?" in recent months. The B-Side to the latter has now found its way onto the web. "Stop the World I Wanna Get Off with You" can be streamed in full below via Tumblr via the official upload.
As an added bonus, below that you can stream 30 second clips of every track from the album which is officially released on September 9th via Domino. (None live "Mad Sounds" is included here.)
[Listen] The 1975 - "M.O.N.E.Y."
Another day closer to the release of The 1975's self-titled debut album, and we get another track set to feature on it. The good folk at Prefix have just premiered "M.O.N.E.Y", a funky guitar lined track that shows that the band are not all about the pop bangers you've most likely heard all over the radio in recent months. Check out the band showing some different colours below. It's set to feature their album, so be sure to look out for it when it's released next week via the lovely people at Dirty Hit.
[Watch] Danny Brown - "ODB" (Official Video)
Everyone seems pretty hyped for Danny Brown's upcoming album, Old, which is set for release next month on September 30th via Fool’s Gold. According to Pitchfork, the album is set to feature some pretty tasty guest spots from the likes of ScHoolboy Q, Rustie, ASAP Rocky, Purity Ring, A-Trak, Charli XCX and Freddie Gibbs. He's just offered up a track from it titled "ODB" which is a mind melting rap track which comes packaged with some equally disturbing visuals. Check it out below.
[Album Stream] Check out the debut self-titled album from NO CEREMONY ///
I first got wind of the mysterious NO CEREMONY /// back in 2011 via their track "HURTLOVE", after that though they kind of fell off my radar a bit. That was until earlier this month though when some new tracks appeared along with a self titled album which is set for release on September 2nd. Following the release, the band have lined up a rather brilliant support slot at London's Roundhouse with The Pixies. Their album is definitely one of my favourites from recent months though and you can stream it in full below via Line of Best Fit.
[Listen] Eminem - "Berzerk"
Following his Reading and Leeds Festival slots last weekend, in which he brought out Dido and Royce Da 5'9", Eminem has let loose a brand new single. Titled "Berzerk", it's an energy packed, Beastie Boys sampling 4 minute rollercoaster. I've not enjoyed an Eminem this much for quite a while. That's just me though, see for yourselves below.
Along with the single comes news of The Marshall Mathers LP 2, which will be released on November 5th. I have a feeling this is going to be big.
[Listen] Odesza Release Single "My Friends Never Die" from New EP

Seattle duo Odesza absolutely won me over earlier this summer at Sasquatch!. Their debut album Summer's Gone is an inescapable stream of bright production and captivating rhythms, exemplifying why these guys should be listened to. That doesn't change with "My Friends Never Die," the new single from their upcoming EP of the same name. If anything, the song is bigger and better than everything that came before it.
"My Friends Never Die" explodes with turbulent synths, a whirlwind of hip-hop drum beats and chopped-up vocal samples. It simply grabs hold of your collar and never lets go. Give it a try below.
My Friends Never Die EP is out on September 17th. Odesza is also on tour starting next week. Check out their dates with Pretty Lights and Michael Menert after the jump.

[Listen] The 1975 - "The 1975"
With just a week to go until The 1975 release their stunning self-titled debut album, they've offered up the opening track to that LP. Taking it's title from the band's name, the slow building, subtle track is what you might call the perfect introduction to the LP which features everything from pop bangers, disco beats to tracks which would fit right in on the Drive soundtrack. It's like the band created soundtrack to a brilliant movie that only they have seen yet we can hear the scenes unfolding as the record progresses. Anyway, you'll be able to hear the whole thing from September 2nd when it's released via Dirty Hit. For now though enjoy the tease below.
