[Watch] Ladyhawke - "Blue Eyes" (Official Video)
From her latest single we have the official video for Ladyhawke's "Blue Eyes" from her sophomore album Anxiety which is now available everywhere. The video was shot in the Oceano Dunes in California under the direction of Jess Holzworth who I admittedly am only familiar with for her work by means of Beck's "Gamma Ray" video. The proper release for "Blue Eyes" isn't until September 17th but will feature killer remixes from the likes of Jacques Renault, Alison Wonderland, Junior and label mates Canyons. After a successful tour in May, UK tour dates are expected to be announced within the coming weeks, so keep your eyes out for that.

[News] Bon Iver Announces Remix Competition
If you've ever wanted to take the emotional, falsetto sounds of Bon Iver, then it's your lucky day. Justin Vernon and co. have announced the launch of a remix competition for their top-scoring sophomore album Bon Iver, Bon Iver. Starting right now, you can head here to download stems for all ten songs from the band's sophomore effort, and it's up to you what to do with it. The incentive? Each song will have a contest attached to it, and the prize is $1,000 per song for a total of $10,000. All of the submitted remixes will go up on Indaba Music, with the public being able to vote on their favorites. From there, the band will take the highest voted remixes and decide on the definite winners. The top ten remixes (one per song), will be compiled into a full album released exclusively through Spotify.
The contest will be running until August 29th, after which the winners will be announced in the third week of September. The top ten chosen will receive $1,000 and a place on the remix album. To give fans an idea of what they could do for the competition, S. Carey has let loose his remix of "Minnesota, WI", which you can stream below if you have a Spotify account.
[Watch] Washed Out - "A Dedication" (Official Video)
It's been months since we've heard anything from chillwave musician Ernest Greene, aka Washed Out, whose studio debut Within and Without was a highlight from last year's summer roster. Fitting then, that the visuals for "A Dedication" sees a woman waking from slumber. The video sees Greene and the woman indulging in the natural beauty of summertime and the mysterious, fantastical aspects that comes along with it. Watch the replay above.
[Download] Animal Collective - 'Centipede Hz' (Bootleg Compilation)
We've got exactly one month to go until Animal Collective give us their ninth LP Centipede Hz, and for those out there that are a little bit too impatient, the lovely folks over at Beats Per Minute have you covered. They've put together a compilation consisting of the best-sounding bootlegs from AnCo's live performances throughout 2010 and 2011. Those bootlegs are actually live versions of songs that would become eight of the eleven tracks featured on the forthcoming Centipede Hz, as well as the band's two recent singles "Honeycomb" and "Gotham". For those out there not wanting to spoil the surprise, take these bootlegs with a grain of salt, because they won't be exactly the same as they will be on the finished album. AnCo are famous for experimenting, are they not?
Head here to download the Centipede Hz (Bootleg Compilation) in full, and below you can stream the album's lead single "Today's Supernatural". As well, after the jump, you can see the detailed tracklisting for the compilation.
