[News] Justin Timberlake Announces 'The 20/20 Experience' Pt. 2, Fall Tour Dates

Justin Timberlake's The 20/20 Experience, his first album in six years, is the result of a lot of hard work, but the recording sessions left Timberlake with more than one album worth of material. It's been rumored that he would be releasing a follow-up to his newest LP this fall, and now it's been confirmed. Taking to his Facebook page Timberlake posted the photo above, and it looks like we can expect The 20/20 Experience Pt. 2 on September 30th.

This summer, Timberlake will team up with Jay-Z for a stadium tour. Now, Timberlake has added to his tour schedule, expanding it to include another North American leg in the fall. Starting on Halloween, "The 20/20 Experience World Tour" will take the singer all across the continent, with things wrapping up in Omaha on February 10th. Check out all of the dates after the jump.

[Listen] Disclosure Remixes Artful Dodger and Zoe Kypri's "No I Turn You On"

Disclosure pay homage to their UK garage forebears Artful Dodger, whose electronic dance beats inspired the London brother duo. Taking Artful Dodger's 2000 single "Please Don't Turn Me On" the pair have given it a crisp sheen, turning the soulful track into a pulsating dancefloor hit. On top of that, they've brought in London singer Zoe Kypri to add her vocals, providing a perfect complement to the lyrics of the original. Check out the remix, titled "No I Turn You On," below.

Disclosure's debut album Settle drops on June 3rd.

[Listen] Stream the Studio Version of Vampire Weekend's "Ya Hey"

Vampire Weekend have let loose the studio version of "Ya Hey," one of six new tracks they've been showing off live. The song is five minutes of blissful indie joy, traipsing along with quirky lyrics and vibrant instrumentation. It's also accompanied by a lyric video, which finds a slew of New Yorkers popping champagne in celebration of something (we don't know what). Check it out below.

Modern Vampires of the City is out on May 14th.

[Watch] Tame Impala Covers Outkast's "Prototype" for Triple J

If you had to guess one of Tame Impala's "favorite songs ever" what would it be? I bet you wouldn't have guessed that it's Outkast's Speakerboxxx/The Love Below cut "Prototype." Visiting Triple J studios, the Australian outfit chose to cover that song for the radio station's ongoing "Like A Version" segment. The band turns the mellow funk-laden jam into a reverbed psychedelic number, and it's actually really good. Check it out below.

[Album Stream] Porcelain Raft - 'Silent Speech' EP

Porcelain Raft, the moniker of Mauro Remiddi, impressed with his debut album Strange Weekend, released in January of last year. He's since moved away from what he established on his debut, to record something completely different. Remiddi sold all of his equipment and used that money to buy a modular synth, which he has spent countless hours obsessively experimenting with. The result of these experiments is the instrumental Silent Speech EP. Spanning five tracks, the EP is full of atmosphere and dreamy instrumentation. Pretty damn good for a month's work.

[News] Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros Releasing New Album in July

Less than a year after releasing their sophomore album Here, Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros have announced a third full-length record. Yet to be titled, the album will be released on July 23rd and stemmed from the same sessions as Here:

In the middle of the recording process we realized we were essentially making a double album. Being four years since our last album, the writing explored a wide variety of subject and sound, as it turned out we had a lot to say,” explained the band’s Alex Ebert in a statement. “Instead of putting it out all at once, we found that two different albums seemed to be forming. Alone these albums are albums. Together these albums express a varying and so relatively living portrait of our lives."

No other details on the album just yet, but we'll keep you posted as more information arrives. For now, there are plenty of chances for you to see the band live.

UPDATE: According to a new press release, the album is self-titled. Pictured above is the official artwork, and below is the full tracklisting.

1. Better Days

2. Let's Get High

3. Two

4. Please!

5. Life is Hard

6. If I Were Free

7. In The Lion

8. Country Calling

9. They Were Wrong

10. In The Summer

[Preview] Live At Leeds 2013 - Who to watch?

So over the next few days a tonne of great bands will descend upon Yorkshire for Live at Leeds 2013. As is ever popular, a festival in a city spread out across numerous venues and bands ranging through many a genre. Check out the official website for a full list. There are some really interesting bands playing and some personal favourites too. Rather excited for an early start tomorrow and a train journey across thr country for it. We'll have a full review up for you next week but in the mean time I thought we'd pick out a few bands that, for me anyway, are a must see. Maybe some of you guys might feel the same way? Make the jump to see what we are getting hot under the collar about. Obviously we can't get to see every band we want, as with any festival, but we're going to try damn hard to catch as many as we can and advise you to do the same if you're going to be there.

Splashh

Where: Leeds Uni "The Refectory"
When: 18.45
Why: London based, via Australia, Splashh make you long for summer days and hopefully tomorrow in Leeds, they'll do just that with their pop riff filled fuzzy tunes.

Where: Holy Trinity Church
When: 18:00
Why: Bringing a mix of moody and melody together doesn't always come across well but this wunderkind gets the balance perfect with his gritty guitar licks and vocal range. Definitely worth a watch.

Where: O2 Academy
When: 17:15
Why: Following up their highly acclaimed debut Baby soon with Wish to Scream, Tribes are destined for a huge second half of 2013. The new album brings a less guitar led sound, but instead takes a more lyric heavy route and the results are staggering. Be sure to see them deliver a mix of new and old in a live setting.
Where: Leeds Uni "The Refectory"
When: 16:45
Why: Back with a new album later this year, Dinosaur Pile-Up have that kind of early Foo Fighters vibe going on and in a live situation you'll most definitely be in for a treat. Catch them ahead of a full headline tour later in the year and be part of the lucky few to hear some new tracks before anyone else.
Where: Leeds Uni "Mine"
When: 22:00
Why: Well, this is a given isn't it? If you read SKoA you'll be aware of our fondness for the Leeds lads known as Hawk Eyes. Monster riffs and drums to shake your intestines, they deliver you with everything you could want from a live show every time and also melt your face in the process. So go finish off your day by watching these guys and getting a bit sweaty.
