[Watch] A Quick Behind-the-Scenes Look at Daft Punk and Karlie Kloss' New York Photo Shoot
Daft Punk recently joined supermodel Karlie Kloss in New York City for a Vogue magazine photo shoot. All decked out in fine suits and shimmering robot helmets, the pair walked the streets with Kloss. A new, brief behind-the-scenes video gives us a better look at their time during the shoot, soundtracked by the Random Access Memories opener "Give Life Back To Music." Watch it below.
[Listen] Cut Copy Get Creative to Premiere their New Song "Let Me Show You"
Cut Copy were at Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago this past weekend, and they took the opportunity to do something wholly unique and creative. Most bands premiere new material by sending out a press release or streaming it on host site, but the Australian outfit decided that wasn't good enough. During the festival, they cut and pressed 120 vinyl copies of a new song titled "Let Me Show You," handing out each to a lucky few. One of those recipients has posted a video stream of the song, giving the rest of us the chance to hear this fantastic retro-tinged house number. Check it out below and let us know what you think.
[Watch] Check Out the Official Version of Kanye West's "Black Skinhead" Video
Earlier this month, a leaked version of Kanye West's animated video for "Black Skinhead" made its way onto the web, and the rapper was pretty furious about it. Now, the official, finished version is here. It's not all that different from the leaked video—there are crisper animations and textures—but the dark, aggressive punch hits just as hard. Head over to Kanye's official website to watch the video, now with interactive features such as screen capturing and speed controls.
[Watch] FIDLAR - "Cocaine" Feat. Nick Offerman (NSFW)
In Parks and Recreation, Nick Offerman plays the straight talking Ron Swanson. One of my favourite quotes from him in the show is: "Never half-ass two things, whole-ass one thing." That's exactly what FIDLAR have done in their video for "Cocaine" in which they've enlisted Offerman's drunken self. Downing as many 40oz bottles of beer as he can carry, we see him pissing on absolutely everything in sight once drunk. Cars, people, the Hollywood sign, plants. He seriously doesn't hold back. The video also does start with some censorship but by the end I think they got bored and you just see prosthetic penis everywhere so it's probably not NSFW unless you work in a sex shop or something. In which case this is probably tame. Hit play after the jump and let the good times roll out of the zipper.

[Listen] Arctic Monkeys - "2013"
Arctic Monkeys have unleashed the B-Side to their single "Do I Wanna Know?" and it's a foot stomping, chicken neck worthy tune titled "2013". You can stream it in full below. Their highly anticipated new album, AM, will be out on September 9th via Domino and to support that they've just announced a UK arena tour set for October, dates of which can be found over here, although I'm pretty certain all dates sold out in minutes you may still be able to grab a few seats in the nosebleeds for a few venues.
2013 is the year of the Monkeys.
[Watch] Classixx and Nancy Whang Take a Yacht Cruise in the Video for "All You're Waiting For"
Classixx debut album Hanging Gardens is one of my top so far this year. It has seen heavy rotation wherever I go, and the album's single "All You're Waiting For" is one of the highlights. Featuring LCD Soundsystem's Nancy Whang, the glittering synths and posh lyrics match perfectly with this new video. Whang plays the rich, snobbish owner of yacht, sailing the high seas with martinis in hand. Check it out below.
In related Classixx news, the duo have remixed Australian band The Preatures' track "This Is How You Feel?". They steer away from the upbeat groove of the original, giving the song a glitzy, synthesized sheen. Stream the remix below.
[Listen] Stream Summer Camp's Groovy Jam "Fresh"
Wow, it's been a long time since I've heard the name Summer Camp. Back in 2011, the band released their fantastic debut album Welcome to Condale. They followed that up with the Always EP last year, but have flown rather under the radar since. Well, Jeremy Warmsley and Elizabeth Sankey are back with new material and a soon-to-be-released sophomore album. Aiming to brighten your already bright summer days, the duo have offered up "Fresh." The song is incredibly infectious, ushering forwards with groovy layered basslines and synths. Paired with Sankey's charming yet heartbroken vocals, it's hard to deny how great this song is. Add this one to your summer playlist. Stream it below alongside its hilarious lyric video.
Summer Camp's self-titled sophomore album is out on September 9th.
[Listen] Diplo Teams Up with Mike Posner and Boaz van de Beatz for "Crown"
This year, Diplo's focus has been fixed on his Major Lazer project. That's why it was a nice surprise when he returned out of the blue with a new track under his own moniker. Teaming up with rapper Mike Posner and producer Boaz van de Beatz, "Crown" is loud, very loud. It begins with glitzy synths and Posner's echoing verses, only to throw that superficiality out the window with a bombastic drop. When that hits, shit gets real grimy. Stream it below.
