[News] Blur Hints at the Release of New Song, "The Puritan"

Last week, Damon Albarn performed a new Blur song at the Poetry Olympics in London, which you can watch fan footage of below. The song has been referred to as "The Puritan," and now the official Blur website shows those two words next to a clock counting down to 7:15pm GMT on July 2nd. It seems pretty damn likely that Blur will be unveiling the studio version of the song that day, so make sure to check back then to hear it for yourself.

Brookyln psych rock quartet Total Slacker will be releasing a brand new 7" single titled Brain Slime tomorrow, June 20th, through Japanese label Sixteen Tambourine Records. With one day to go until the 7" is released, you can enjoy streams and downloads of the a-sides, "Brain Slime" and "Soft Serve Maybelline," as well as a stream of the b-side "Todd P's Weed." [Watch] Lemonade - "Softkiss" (Official Video)

Soft lighting, waterfalls, and solar eclipses dominate Lemonade's new video for their song "Softkiss," which was included on their recently released sophomore LP Diver. Check out the David Franklin-directed video above.

[News] Kanye's G.O.O.D. Music Collective to Perform at BET Awards

According to Vibe, Kanye West and several members of his G.O.O.D. Music collective—likely to be Big Sean, Pusha T, and 2 Chainz—will be performing at this year's BET Awards on July 1st. It would make sense that Ye and co. will be performing "Mercy," the lead single off of the upcoming G.O.O.D. Music group album.

In other Kanye West news, the rapper has announced his first solo shows in over a year. The two solo performances will take place in Atlantic City on July 6th and 7th at the city's brand new Ovation Hall. Tickets go on sale Friday June 22nd at 10:00am EST.

Today, Bon Iver released their iTunes session, which comprises of a seven-song live set with the majority consisting of cuts from their eponymous sophomore LP. Also included in the iTunes session is the band's cover of Björk's "Who Is It," which they've performed before in concert. [Watch] Summer Camp - "Always" (Official Video)

How do you make murder come across as cute and lovey-dovey? Summer Camp will show you in their new video for the catchy synth-heavy single "Always." Director Oliver Evans puts Jeremy Warmsley and Elizabeth Sankey into the roles of fugitive murderers, who play mini-golf and ride the carousel while their victim is asphyxiating in a van. The camcorder-filmed video is somehow perfectly fitting for the Britpop duo's fantastic single. Watch it above.

As well as releasing the new video, the band has put up a French version of the song on their SoundCloud, which you can stream below.

[News] Sleigh Bells Extend Summer Tour

Brooklyn rockers Sleigh Bells have announced additional dates for their summer tour. In addition to their shows with Hot Chip, Jel, and Class Actres, the duo will also be playing select shows with Refused in August. The band will also be making appearances at Pitchfork Festival, Pukkelpop, Reading and Leeds Festivals, and more. The tour is in support of the recent sophmore release Reign of Terror, so make sure you have that one memorized before you head out to catch them this summer. Have a look at the dates below.
