[Listen] Ty Segall - "The Hill"
San Francisco's resident psychedelic king Ty Segall has had an incredibly busy 2012, delivering two albums in the first six months of the year alone. First was Hair, his collaborative album with White Fence, followed by Slaughterhouse, which Segall recorded with his touring band. Now, the Segall is gearing up to release another album, and this time around it's his official follow-up to last year's Goodbye Bread. Now, you can hear the first taste of the upcoming solo release Twins with the song "The Hill", which kicks off with female vocals before diving into a raucous cacophony of guitars and drums. Stream it below.
"The Hill" will be released on its own along with b-side "Mother Lemonade" on September 4th. The 7" single will be released digitally and physically, with pre-orders ready to be made here.

[Listen] King Krule - "Rock Bottom"
It's been a while since we heard from the bluesy tones of King Krule. Last time we got to enjoy the young talent was after the release of his self-titled EP late last year. Today he returns with a brand new track titled "Rock Bottom" which is set to be released on the 25th of September via Rinse. Skittish drums and bright guitars are set alongside his signature vocals resulting in a very welcome return. Check it out below.

[Download] D-WHY - 'Don't Flatter Yourself' (Mixtape)
Over the past few months we've had numerous teasers from D-WHY. We got to enjoy his summer jam "We Don't Know", we got to enjoy him riffing over a remix of Flight Facilities‘ "Crave You" by Aeroplane vs. Friendly Fires. All of which showed he had a pretty wide array of talents and he wasn't about to pigeon hole himself into one genre.
Today the wait is over for those of you who wanted a full release, he's just dropped his Don't Flatter Yourself Mixtape which features the recently previewed "New York Times" and production credits fromthe likes of Dot Da Genius, Hit-Boy and Boi-1da. You can give the tape a listen in full down below or treat yourself to a cheeky download of it over here. I know what I'll be listening to today.
[Watch] Green Day - "Oh Love" (Official Video)
As we've previously talked about, Green Day are set to release three albums in the coming 6 months titled ¡Uno!, ¡Dos! and ¡Tré! respectively. It's a tall order and we've already got to hear "Oh Love" and "Kill The DJ" in recent weeks. Today they unveil a video for the former and you can give it a watch up at the top. I so badly want to like new Green Day material but I'm finding it harder and harder with every release. We'll see if they convince me over the coming months.
¡Uno! is set to drop on September 25th via Reprise with the other LP's being released on November 13th and January 15th, respectively. They'll drop a day earlier in the UK for each album.
[Download] A Free EP from Fossil Collective
It's been a while since we've heard anything from Fossil Collective, the reason for that is they've been locked away in a studio recording a new EP. That EP is titled On and On and is set for an October release via the ever trust-worthy, Dirty Hit.
Now if that wasn't enough while creating the aforementioned EP the Leeds Duo didn't stop at that, oh no, they recorded another! Yes, two EP's at once, just because they can. We're not ones to complain though. You can stream the EP below or if you want to hear it on repeat you can grab it over on their official website for the very cheap cost of your email address! It's not much to ask for really in this day and age, is it?
