[Listen] Mount Eerie - "Ocean Roar"

Phil Elverum, aka Mount Eerie, is nearing the release of Ocean Roar, his second album of 2012, and he's let loose the title track from the forthcoming LP. "Ocean Roar" is a beautiful song, with harmonic falsettos melding beneath Elverum's somber tone amidst an array of captivating instrumentation. If this is any indication, the full album looks to be a promising addition to this year's releases. Stream it below.

[Listen] ScHoolboy Q - "Party"

ScHoolboy Q knows how to have a good time, and he's letting everyone know just how he does it on his new single "Party". The track, produced by Kenny Beats, is high tempo cut with energetic percussion and production perfectly backing up Q's quick delivery. Stream and download the song below.

In a recent tweet, ScHoolboy Q revealed that he was working on a new porject, but no word on what the project will be. A mixtape? An EP? Who knows, we'll just have to wait and find out.

[Listen] Alpaca Sports - "I Was Running"

We first introduced you to Gothenburg, Sweden duo Alpaca Sports back in June, where their charming single "She'll Come Back For Indian Summer" caught our attention. Now, Andreas Jonsson and Amanda Åkerman are back with a new song called "I Was Running", an energetic dream pop number that sees the pair combining their vocals for a great harmonic sound. Stream the single below.

"I Was Running" will be released as a 7" single on August 30th via Dufflecoat Records.

[Listen] Jessie Ware - 'Devotion' (Full Album Stream)

After previewing much of her album in the shape f "110%", "What You Won't Do For Love" and "Wildest Moments", Jessie Ware has now offered fans a chance to hear Devotion a few days before release. It officially drops on Monday (20th of August) via PMR but up at the top you can hear it in all its glory courtesy of The Guardian.

As well as this Red Bull Studios will be hosting an exclusive live performance of Jessie Ware on Monday to celebrate the album release. It'll consist of a 30-minute performance, so clear your schecule as from 7pm GMT you can enjoy it over at the Red Bull Studios website.

[Listen] Diamond Rings Debuts New Track "Runaway Love", Covers the Smashing Pumpkins

John O'Reagan, aka Diamond Rings, visited the studio of KCRW's Morning Becomes Eclectic earlier this week, where he offered up a number of new songs from his forthcoming sophomore LP Free Dimensional. Below, you can watch the replay of his performance of a new song titled "Runaway Love", as well as his cover of Smashing Pumpkin's "Disarm". Interesting side note, "Disarm" was the first song O'Reagan ever learned to play on guitar. Along with the video replay, you can stream the entire 45-minute session here.

[News] Sleigh Bells Announce Fall Tour with AraabMuzik

Following a pretty successful start to the year following the release of their album Reign of Terror, Sleigh Bells have announced another tour, this time they'll take along AraabMuzik for the ride. As we slowly creep back into the cold winter months, Boston surf pop musician Abadabad has given us a song to remind us that the sun is still shining. "All The Bros Say" is an incredibly summery affair, with carefree, reverbed vocals and loungy, rhythmic guitar riffs coming together in a beach-friendly package. DO yourself a favor and hit the beach one more time before it's too late.

Imagine you lived in a Mad Max-esque world, but under the psychedelic influence of acid. That's what it would be like if Animal Collective's visuals for "Today's Supernatural" were a reality. Full of trippy costumes and colors, majestic, flowing Chinese dragons, and flying arms ready to pummel you with clubs, this sure as hell makes for a fucked up yet enjoyable four-minute video. May I recommend watching it in 1080p?
