I made these little sticky amulets for those among us who are unapologetically fierce as fuck. For those who refuse to let darkness take over, and are committed to reflecting the vision of a world where heart-centered inclusivity and abundance overcomes the fear and insatiable greed once and for all. Y’all know how people sometimes freak out about finding a piece of glitter on them? That is how I would like anyone in favor of what’s happening right now to feel when they see these. Inversely, I hope that people persistently practicing resistance catches one of these in the wild, grins, and feels some sort of micro-invigoration. Most of all, I hope these remind us to go out of our way to make those in the LGBTQIA+ community feel as loved and protected as possible right now. We must protect trans and non-binary folks from violent erasure by the 47th-led government. We must advocate for drag to be seen as the performance art it is, not dismissed as obscenity and buried under senseless Christian nationalist legislation. And we must be as dramatic and beautiful about it as our creativity sees fit because life is art and we are all artists!
