Ed Sheeran is currently dominating not just the UK but the US too with his debut '+' entering the top ten stateside. Last weekend he also played an enjoyable set at BBC Radio One's Hackney Weekend. If you click play above you can relive the set again and again. Definitely worth a nice mid-week watch.
As we countdown to the release of UK singer Ed Sheeran's debut album, + , which hits in the US on June 12th, we have this intimate live performance of "You Need Me, I Don't Need You" at Hinge Studios in Chicago, IL for The Live Room on The Warner Sound. If you've never seen Sheeran live, this gives you a pretty good glimpse of what he's capable of.
You can watch his entire performance from The Live room over on YouTube.
A pretty sombre video has been offered up from Ed Sheeran for his + featuring track, "Small Bump". The video takes place in a hospital and carries some heavier messages than the usual getting drunk with a cat. On a more positive note, Ed was named the most streamed artist of 2012 on websites like Spotify and Deezer earlier this week.
From the sofas of fans to the radio waves of the UK and now to the television sets of millions in the US. It's been a whirlwind past couple of years for Ed Sheeran and earlier in the week he made his presence known with a performance of his chart topping track "The A Team" on Conan O'Brien's late night slot. Check it out above courtesy of The Audio Perv.
Mikill Pane had one hell of a 2011 and looks set to continue his good fortune in 2012 with the release of this great sounding EP, You Guest It. We've already had one release from him this year in the shape of the Morris Dancer EP but for this next release he has some very special guests. Head over to SB.TV to grab the download of the cleverly titled EP which features collaborations with Example, Ed Sheeran, Paloma Faith, Yasmin, Jakwob, P Money and a few other surprises. (I'm looking at you Katie Price.)
Ed Sheeran has had an amazing past year. Last night he topped it all off with two awards at The Brits, he picked up Best Breakthrough Act and Best British Male Act. As well as that though he put in a performance of his single "Lego House" taking to the stage in the centre of the arena with nothing but his trusty guitar for company. Enjoy the performance at the top of the page.
We know by now that Ed Sheeran is a man that can cover anything he puts his mind to and to add to this further recently on a visit to 1xtra he put in a cover of Jay-Z's "Empire State of Mind". Pretty impressive. If you've not grabbed his collaborative EP with Yelawolf, The Slumdon Bridge, yet then jump on over here and get yourself familiar with the kind of stuff this guy is up to at the moment.
The collaborative EP from Ed Sheeran and Yelawolf has finally hit the net. Last month we got our first sneak peek at the project in the shape of the track "You Don't Know (For Fuck's Sake)" but now if you jump on over here you can grab yourself the entire EP, Slumdon Bridge. I was unsure about the pairing but after hearing the first track, and now the full EP I hope there's more on the horizon. Even if your not the biggest fans of these guys on their lonesome, together, it's something a little special.
